Weekly lawn cutting is vital to having a green healthy lawn.
Believe it or not 70% of problems with lawns are due to poor cutting habits.
Poor cutting habits being dull blades not sharpened on a regular/daily basis as well as removing more then 1/3 of the total height of your grass during each visit typically caused by not following a weekly maintenance schedule.
Poor cutting habits increase the likely hood that your lawn will weaken over time and invite weeds, grubs, disease etc. to feed on your lawn and ultimately win.

Clean Ups
Our clean ups include removing all sticks, leaves, and any other material around your lawn and landscape that could potentially cause your lawn to decompose
This not only ensures that nutrients can reach your lawn properly but also creates a visually appealing and neat property

Leaves/other debris can be disposed of in a compost/woods area on site or removed and disposed of off of your property
Over Seeding
Over Seeding is the process of spreading grass seed in large quantities to fix bare areas of your lawn, also thickening and strengthening your existing lawn.
(We recommend having this service performed after an Aeration or Dethatching as these services will open up and prepare your lawn and soil for the most optimal growing conditions and chance of survival)
Aeration
An aeration is vital to maintaining optimal lawn growth and repairing any bare areas in your lawn by plugging holes in the soil thus relieving compaction and increasing pore space.
(Over-Seeding as well as a Starter Fertilizer is recommended to be applied with every aeration as the seed will fall directly into the holes, thus into the roots of the grass for the most effective growth process)
Dethatching
A Dethatching will separate the old yellowish brown dead grass suffocating your lawn allowing the healthy grass underneath to breathe easier, receive more nutrients and provide effective growing conditions.
(Over-Seeding as well as a Starter Fertilizer is recommended to be applied with Dethatching as this service will open up the lawn and soil in preparation for grass seed to be spread and fill in any areas which are not full)
Fertilization, Weed Control, Pest Control
Although we do not offer fertilization, weed control, and pest control services, we do offer managing and cooperating with other companies who specialize in these areas.
We find that when people try to use multiple companies to provide these services you will run into instances such as cutting a lawn right after a fertilization application has just occurred. These instances are caused by improper scheduling and communication between companies/people and we offer subcontracting these services through our company to ensure these instances do not occur
